A Peaceful Escape in Seferihisar

We visited as two families during the holiday break and truly had a wonderful time. The hotel owners were incredibly friendly and warm people, and throughout our stay they made us feel completely at home. They were very helpful with everything we needed.

The food was delicious, and one evening they even kindly allowed us to have a barbecue upon our request. The rooms were spacious and very clean. For families with children, the pool is a huge advantage — our kids never wanted to leave it.

The hotel is also within walking distance of the sea, which was very convenient. This was our first time staying here, and when I searched online beforehand, I could not find many reviews, so I especially wanted to write this for future guests.

Whether you are visiting with family or a group of friends, I believe anyone looking to relax and enjoy quality time can stay here with complete peace of mind. Thank you again for everything — we are already thinking about coming back soon with our friends as well.

This is a small boutique hotel with clean and practical rooms. I especially recommend staying in one of the sea-view rooms because watching the sunset was truly enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to both the nearby beaches and the town center. Hotel owners Bilal and Rojda, together with their staff, feel like one big family, and this makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your stay. They were also very quick to help with any questions or issues we had.

We came as a couple for a vacation and stayed in a room with a beautiful view. Teras Boutique Hotel is the perfect place for those who enjoy watching the sunset. Just down the stairs, you can enjoy a more private swimming area, which adds even more comfort to the experience. The sea was also much cleaner compared to many other beaches.

A true price-performance boutique hotel. The staff are friendly, warm, and always solution-oriented whenever you need anything. I stayed in room 12, and when you open your eyes in the morning, the sea view is literally right in front of you. The room was spacious, stylish, and very clean.

The owner, Bilal, is very helpful with everything, and the ladies working at the hotel treat guests with the same care and kindness they would show their own children. The hotel also has an agreement with a nearby beach club, so when you go there, you do not pay extra for sunbeds or umbrellas.

The hotel is very close to Sığacık, which I absolutely fell in love with. If you come by car, many nearby places are only around 20 minutes away.

The pool was clean, and you can use it until 9 PM. The breakfast was more than enough, and if you want anything extra, they prepare it immediately. The food is affordable and also very delicious.

The only negative point for me was that there was no shower cabin and the faucet was a bit old. I mentioned it, and Bilal said they had not had enough time yet but planned to renovate it soon.

It is a place where you can safely stay and truly relax with your family, partner, or even alone. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel changed management in September 2025 and is now run by a lovely young family. They have completed the renovation process, and especially the showers mentioned in previous reviews have been fully renewed. The room had everything you would normally need, and we also had a very spacious balcony. We stayed in room 12, but we also had the chance to see their larger rooms with kitchens.

Everything was very clean, even though it was not peak season. The sea view is amazing. The beach is only 200 meters away, and there is a market right next to the hotel. Seferihisar town center is just a 20-minute drive away, and you can also reach Sığacık from the coastline in about the same time.

The hotel owners are very attentive and welcoming. We only stayed for one night, but we are sure we will visit again. The pricing is also very reasonable.
